6 - Accessibility
You’ll have direct access to me via email, with unlimited opportunities to ask questions and seek guidance. While we’ll have scheduled weekly check-ins, communication isn’t limited to those times.

You’ll receive a fully customized training program tailored specifically to your goals and lifestyle. I’ll adjust your program whenever needed to fit any changes in your circumstances.
