What is one on one online coaching?

Online coaching is a relationship that is tailored to your specific goals and needs, in which you personally receive the tools, guidance and support from me.

 

How does it work?

My private 1-on-1 online coaching follows the model below:

 

1 - Selection

Select the starting day from the dates available.

  • 2 - Lifestyle Analysis

    Immediately upon starting your journey with me, we will put together a lifestyle plan and look closer to important factors such as:

    -Stress levels

    -Sleep routines

    -Medical conditions

    -Hydration levels

    -Training/Nutrition

    -What areas we need to focus on for your goals

    -What is sustainable and maintainable for you

  • 3 - Personalised Training Program

    You will receive a completely customized training program tailored to your goals.

    I will adjust the program at any time to accommodate any change of circumstance that may arise in your lifestyle.

    I will give you detailed feedback in regard to your technique, execution of exercises and progress.

  • 4 - Nutrition Advice

    Nutrition is SO important for seeing the results that you want and reaching your goals. You will receive customized nutrition protocols including target calories and macronutrients. *

  • 5 - Accountability Check-in

    In case you are lacking motivation, need support or need clarification. I will be giving weekly accountability check-ins to see your progress and provide 110% support throughout the journey as you reach your goals.

  • 6 - Accessibility

    You will have my direct email and unlimited access to questions.

    While there are scheduled weekly check-ins, questions and communication are not limited to those opportunities.

    All your questions will be answered within 24-hours.

  • 7 - Transparency, Communication and Mutual Agreement

    I want you to reach your fitness goal and my top priority is to personally guide and help you every step of the way. I believe that having transparency, open communication and a mutual agreement as to what goals you set is crucial to obtaining success and results.
